Terms of Engagement

Thank you for choosing Essential Impact to help with your nonprofit needs. This organization is committed to helping individuals who are working to make a difference through the work of nonprofit organizations. Essential Impact is only able to support those who are seriously committed to putting in the work required to be an effective nonprofit leader. 


As an Essential Impact client, you are expected to abide by the following terms of engagement:

  • Respond to messages within 24 hours of receipt

  • If necessary, cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance

  • Send any formal requests or technical questions via email

  • Schedule all appointments via the Essential Impact scheduling link

  • Pay all invoices within 7 days of receipt

  • Maintain integrity in all decision making as it relates to the pertinent nonprofit organization 


Failure to comply with any of the above-mentioned terms will result in the discontinuation of the client relationship with Essential Impact LLC. If the relationship is terminated, no fees will be refunded.
